One of my favorite people to collaborate with, please allow me to introduce you to this gorgeous gal, Emily Adams!
If you’re a mainstay at West Coast Iron in Port Coquitlam, you’ve no doubt seen her training clients at all hours of the day. And if you’re NOT a mainstay at that gym (why are you not??), then consider this your intro!
And if you’re looking for a GREAT personal trainer, check out her instagram HERE and get in touch!
Emily’s positive energy is infectious. She vibes higher than most. And that is precisely why I enjoy photographing her so much. As gorgeous as she is on the outside, she’s an even better person on the inside. (I mean, I’m sure her clients may think a little differently when they’re struggling on their 20th burpee, but that’s neither here nor there, right?)
The point of this photoshoot was simple. I had a couple ideas in my head that I wanted to try, so I wanted to get some reps in to get the techniques perfected. I don’t photograph a WHOLE lot of portraits at night, but this session is definitely motivating me to do more. Multiple strobes and fairy lights brought the vision to life, and I’m super stoked at how everything turned out!
(Plus…. The Notorious B.I.G. shirt is everything, right??)
We’re already planning our next collaboration. It won’t be at night, but…. it may or may not be on top of a mountain. So stay tuned! I’ve been looking for a reason to dust off my hiking boots for the season, and this is the PERFECT reason!
